This Jamaican Curry is different from Indian curry as we use ingredients local to Jamaica such as Jamaican Pimentos, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Fenugreek, Cumin and Coriander. Our ginger is of the highest quality and is grown organically in Peru. We dehydrate 'in house' where we can keep close watch on quality control. We then finish the seasoning off with roasted mustard seeds, black pepper and Pink Sea Salt.
Unlike many other spice companies, we use all our spices in our own kitchen and are constantly scrutinizing our seasoning for freshness, authenticity and boldness of flavour.
